Forward Dwayne Evans has signed a contract with the Giessen 46ers, Sportando and other outlets are reporting. Evans had been playing in Germany's second division with Gladiators Trier, averaging 16.2 points and 8.6 board per game in 29 games in the Pro A league. He has not yet suited up for Giessen, a team playing in the Bundesliga. The 2014 graduate of Saint Louis University is in his first season of professional basketball. It's one thing to put up big numbers; it's another thing to put up big numbers in arguably the best basketball league outside the NBA. That's what Darius Adams did this week in ACB play, lighting up Montaki Fuenlabrada for 41 points in his club's 108-97 victory. Adams had averaged 15.4 points per game across all competitions this season before putting up his season high in this contest, making him our Baller of the Week.
