ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne announced the signing of Julian Gamble for the upcoming playoffs. The team announced the signing via Twitter earlier this morning:
Gamble comes to France from Germany, where the spent the 2017-2018 season with Telekom Baskets Bonn in the Basketball Bundesliga. The Miami (FL) product averaged 12.4 points and 6.4 rebounds per game in 36 appearances for Telekom, who made it to the Basketball Bundesliga playoffs, losing in the quarterfinal round to Brose Baskets. ASVEL finished in sixth place in the final standings after going 19-15 in the regular season, and play Le Mans Sarthe Basket in the quarterfinals which begin May 18.
