After spending the past few seasons in Italy, Phil Goss is headed to Greece. The point guard signed with PAOK Thessaloniki in Greece's top division for the 2017-2018 season and hasn't played for anyone so far this season. He most recently played with New Basket Brindisi during the 2016-2017 season, where he averaged 12.1 points and 2.9 assists per game in Serie A play. Goss had been playing in Italy since 2012, and has never played in Greece so far during his eight-year career.
PAOK Thessaloniki has had a so-so start to the season, sitting at 2-3 in the Greek A1 League and 1-5 in their group in the Basketball Champions League. Goss' experience as a point guard should help the club, and PAOK should benefit from the addition of this veteran point guard.
