Ragland comes to the club from Pinar Karsiyaka (Turkey), where he played in 13 games, averaging 11.9 points and 3.1 assists in 7 Euroleague games and putting up 13.8 points, 7.7 assists and 3.8 rebounds in Turkish Basketball League play. The Wichita State grad signed with Pinar in July 2015 after playing in Italy last season for Olimpia Milano.
