Yancy Gates signs with Telekom Baskets Bonn

After spending the first part of the season in China, Yancy Gates is headed to Germany. Gates signed with Telekom Baskets Bonn, a team in Germany's first division, after playing in 20 games with Shanxi Zhongyu of the CBA, averaging 15.2 points and 8.1 rebounds per game. The Cincinnati grad has played primarily in Israel throughout his career, including suiting up for Hapoel Tel Aviv during the 2014-2015 season. Telekom Baskets Bonn currently sit at 13th in the Bundesliga table with a 6-11 record.
