According to numerous reports, guard Bryon Allen has signed with Hapoel Tel Aviv of Israel's Winner League. The club confirmed the news early July 18, welcoming Allen on Twitter.
The third-year pro is playing in the third different country in his career, moving up the international ladder after starting his career in Poland during the 2014-2015 season. The former George Mason star played in Italy's second division for Roseto last season, putting up 23.2 points, 4.5 rebounds and three assists per game.
Hapoel Tel Aviv could certainly use Allen's scoring, as they averaged 82.1 points per game on the way to a 15-18 record, finishing eighth in the Winner League standings and losing in the quarterfinals of Winner League playoffs to Hapoel Jerusalem. |
