  • Ike has dual American-Nigerian citizenship (his parents were born in Nigeria), and competes for the Nigerian Men's National Team in international competition.
  • He has extensive experience in the NBA G League, having played for the Wisconsin Herd (2018-2019), the Fort Wayne Mad Ants (2019-2020) and the Northern Arizona Suns (2020).
  • Before finishing his collegiate career at UNLV, Nwamu also played at Mercer University (2013-2015) and at Cleveland State (2011-2012).
