Baller of the Week 11/9/16: Jamaal Franklin

​In a quiet week for our Ballers Abroad (there were many big performances around Europe from international players), Franklin stood out for his triple-double the Chinese Basketball Association against the Shenzen Leopards in his team's 119-107 victory. Franklin, who also played for Shanxi during the 2015-2016 season, is averaging more than 37 points and seven assists per game in the CBA.
