Baller of the Week 4/20/16: Joe Ragland

After a brief hiatus we are back with a new Baller of the Week! This week it's Joe Ragland, a combo guard who put up a full box score in a 92-87 win over JuveCaserta in Italy's top division, Ragland doubled his season average of 11.9 points per game, and his big game earns him the nod for Baller of the Week.
