Chilean team Club Deportivo Valdivia has signed forward Kyle Spain, who has not suited up so far this season. Spain played for two teams in France last season, starting the year with Denain Voltaire in France's Pro B before ending the year by appearing in three games for ESSM Le Portel in France's top division. With Denain Voltaire he averaged 10.3 points and 5.7 rebounds per game in 27 games, and averaged 6.3 points per game with Le Portel.
Valdiva is currently in second place in Conferencia Sur in Chile's Liga Nacional with a 20-12 record. Though Spain's career has taken him around the globe, this will be the first time he will be playing in South America.
