Defending French champions ASVEL Basket strengthened their roster after adding point guard Chris Jones to the squad. Jones signed with the team after playing last season in the Israeli Winner League for Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Jones averaged 9.1 points and 3.5 assists per game for Maccabi Tel Aviv last season, which included competing in the Euroleague, the highest level of competition in Europe.
The seven-year veteran is joining an ASVEL team that is reloading after winning the LNB Pro A Finals last season after going 27-7 in the regular season. They will also look to have an improved performance in the Euroleague after finishing last season with a 13-20 record. Jones joins Americans Raymar Morgan, David Lighty and Dylan Osetkowski on this year's squad. |
