 Simpson
​Gaziantep Basketbol has added another American to the roster after signing American Trevis Simpson for next season. Simpson joins the team after signing in Turkey for the first time, making it the eighth country he'll have played in during his eight-year career. The 6'4 swingman played in Germany last year, putting up 15.0 points and 3.1 rebounds per game for SC Rasta Vechta while playing in the Basketball Bundesliga as well as the Basketball Champions League.
Gaziantep will look to improve on its performance in Turkey and in Europe from last season, having gone 9-14 in Turkish BSL play and 4-10 in the Basketball Champions League. The team has also signed Americans Rashard Kelly and Brynton Lemar to the roster for next season. |
