Hapoel Tel Aviv in Israel has announced its signing of Jamal Shuler to a one-year deal. Shuler comes to Tel Aviv from France, where he played for Nanterre 92 in the LNB Pro A League. The VCU product averaged 10.5 points per game across all competitions for Nanterre, including 13.9 points and 5.1 assists per game in the Basketball Champions League as Nanterre advanced to the Round of 16 in the competition.
Shuler joins a Hapoel Tel Aviv team that went 19-14 and advanced to the semifinals of the Winner League playoffs. He had played in France since 2014, and this will be his first time playing in Israel in his career. |
