Power Forward/Center JaJuan Johnson will continue his European basketball career in Germany after signing with with Bayern Munich in the Basketball Bundesliga. The former NBA player is entering his tenth year of pro hoops and will play in the sixth country of his career after stops in the United States, Italy, China, Turkey and Russia. Johnson played in Turkey last season, averaging 12.7 points and 6.2 rebounds per game for Bahcesehir Koleji while playing in the Turkish Basketball Super League and FIBA Europe Cup.
He joins a Bayern Munich team that's preparing for another year balancing domestic basketball with playing in the most competitive league in Europe in the Euroleague. Bayern's also signed Americans Wade Baldwin, Malcolm Thomas and Nick Weiler-Babb ahead of next season. |
