Lamont Jones has reportedly signed with Mitteldeutscer BC in Germany. Jones spent the 2016-2017 season in Montenegro, playing for Mornar Bar in the Adriatic League. Mitteldeutscher announced the news via Twitter earlier this morning:
Jones averaged 14.3 ppg and 3.7 apg in all competitions for Mornar Bar last season, leading the club to the finals of Montenegro's Erste League Playoffs, as well as a 10-16 record and eighth-place finish in the regional Adriatic League. Mitteldeutscher is back in Germany's top division after winning the Pro A Championship during the 2016-2017 season.
