Malcolm Griffin is once again playing in Greece after signing with Kolossos H Hotels earlier this week. Griffin arrives having started the season with Hapoel Tel Aviv in Israel, where he averaged 6.3 points per game in only three games played for Tel Aviv. The former Fresno Pacific star has played in Greece two times before, with his first stint actually coming with Kolossos during the first half of the 2017-2018 season when he averaged a career-high 15.9 points per game. He also played the majority of last season with AEK Athens, averaging 7.9 points and 2.5 assists in all competitions before leaving for Hapoel Jerusalem in April.
Kolossos has had an uneven start to the season at 4-6, but have lost three of their last four games headed into next week's matchup against Ifaistos Limnou. Griffin will join seven other Americans on the Kolossos roster, including Danny Agbelese, Tyrone Brazelton and Mike Brusewitz. |
