Seven-footer Marvin Jones is the newest player for Peristeri BC after signing with the Greek side July 17. Jones played for three teams in Europe during the 2019-2020 season, which included teams in Turkey and Slovenia before finishing the season in Greece with Promitheas Patras. The third-year pro averaged 6.4 points and 4.8 rebounds per game across all competitions while shooting nearly 60 percent from the field.
He joins a Peristeri team that will hope to challenge for a Greek League championship, who finished this season in third place with a 13-7 record before the season was canceled in March. The Texas Southern product joins fellow Americans Abdul Gaddy, Steven Gray and Terran Petteway on the team. |
