Reyer Venezia announced that is has signed Michael Bramos to a multi-year contract extension. Bramos has played with Venezia since 2015, and had signed a contract extension in 2017 that would extend through 2019. However, this extension is a two-year contract through the 2019-2020 season, with an option for a third season as well.
The 31-year-old has been a solid contributor to Venezia since joining the team, and averaged 8.6 points and 4.3 rebounds per game across all competition as his team won the FIBA Europe Cup. After finishing the season in first place in Itay's Lega Basket SerieA, they were upset in the semifinal round by Aquila Basket Trento. Bramos has dual Greek citizenship, and has competed for Greece's national team since 2011. |
