In a rare move, two Americans from a team in Russia have signed new contracts with the same team. Rookies Michael Humphrey and Kodi Justice have both left Parma Basket Perm in Russia and signed with Stelmet Enea Zielona Gora in Poland, leaving a team that is toiling at the bottom of the VTB United League to join a team at the top of the Polish league standings. Humphrey, a rookie out of Stanford, averaged 6.9 points and 5.0 rebounds per game in 16 games played for Parma. Justice, who graduated from Arizona State in 2018, averaged 10.7 points and 2.3 assists per game in a mostly starting role. While Zielona Gora is also near the bottom of the VTB United League (they are one spot ahead of Parma with a 4-12 record), they are in first place in Poland's EBL standings with an 18-3 record. They will join Americans Markel Starks , Quinton Hosley and Gabe DeVoe on the roster.
